To join the MultiSport programme, it is necessary to give consent for the processing of personal data – either online or by signing a paper declaration.
Each user (Employee, Accompanying Person, Child and Youth, Senior) is required to provide such consent. In the case of minors, the declaration must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.
If the paper form is chosen, the form should be downloaded and printed, signed (before placing an order on the eMultiSport platform), and then submitted to the Administrator.
If consent is not given online, the order will not be processed.
