Access to sports facilities follows the same rules everywhere. At reception, you must present the QR code from the MultiSport mobile app or your physical MultiSport card, along with proof of identity.

Acceptable proof of identity includes an official document issued by a public authority containing your name and photograph, such as a passport, driving licence, or national identity card. Digital documents from the government mObywatel app, as well as school or university ID cards, are also accepted.

If your identity has already been verified within the mobile app, you do not need to carry an additional ID. However, if your verified identity disappears from the app, you will need to verify it again. The card number alone does not grant access.

All holders of MultiSport cards – including Companion, Student, and Senior cards – may use the facilities independently, provided they present the required documents at entry.

With an OPEN entry, you can use several services available on your card with a single registration – there is no need to check in again when changing activities.

If the terminal displays the message “visit registered x minutes ago”, the user is entitled to use the services as part of that visit.

If you attempt to register for another visit within a short period, you may see the message “Entry not permitted at this time” – this is the result of a technical block.

The simplest way to use the facility more than once on the same day is to visit in the morning and again in the evening.
