Rules for using facilities
The rules for using sports and leisure facilities are not the same everywhere. Each venue available in the MultiSport programme operates according to its own regulations. Detailed information can be found in the facility’s profile in the search tool, where you will also find a link to the venue’s website or a More information button.
Additional charges at facilities
Some services available with the MultiSport card require an extra payment from the user, which must be made directly at the facility offering the chosen activity. Details of any additional charges can be found by clicking the More information button in the facility’s profile within the search tool.
Booking sports classes
If you would like to book a specific sports class, please check the chosen facility’s website for availability and booking rules. Follow the instructions provided there. Bookings are made directly at the facility or via its website – it is not possible to book through the MultiSport app.
Please note that not all facilities offer organised classes, and some may limit the number of class attendances to three times per week.
Leaving your Card at a facility
The MultiSport card may not be left at sports facilities or shared with third parties. According to the Terms and Conditions, lending, trading, or transferring the card in any form to another person is strictly prohibited.
Employees of Benefit Systems S.A., persons authorised by cooperating entities, as well as staff of partner facilities, are entitled to confiscate any card used in a manner inconsistent with its purpose or the Terms and Conditions.
