Terms of use and additional fees for sports facilities may vary by country. A detailed description can be found in the facility search engines for each country, on the facility’s page along with contact details. It’s worth contacting the facility directly to make sure international visits are accepted and to confirm exactly which services are available.

If the system isn’t working, the facility is required to confirm the system outage with their helpline. If they receive approval from headquarters, they can register your visit as an emergency visit on paper.
If your MultiSport app isn’t working, contact the Polish helpline to report the issue. The helpline staff will verify the problem and may grant approval for a refund. If approval is given, pay for the visit yourself, then send the receipt to the email address provided by the helpline employee: [email protected], along with the following information: country, date and time of the visit, club name, date the problem occurred, bank account number for the refund, and preferred currency. Currency conversion will be made according to the current average NBP exchange rate on the day of the transfer.
