What courses are included in Design Your Form?
At present, Design Your Form comprises a total of 19 online courses filled to the brim with great tips for taking good care of your health, getting in shape, and building your dream physique! The courses are divided into 6 categories: smart weight loss, successful training, good health, effective recovery, early days in good shape, and sensible healthy eating.
How many courses can I join at a time?
There are no limits. You are free to join as many courses as you like when and where it suits you.
Every week, you gain access to more lessons.
As the space develops, new courses will be added on an ongoing basis. Design Your Form participants will be able to contribute topic ideas for the course line-up. Comments and suggestions can be submitted via questionnaires that are completed at the end of each course.
Who runs Design Your Form courses?
MultiSport is always committed to quality and solid knowledge. This is why we’ve invited only experienced trainers and dietitians to contribute to the Design Your Form course space.
They include: Agata Brama (personal trainer and dietitian with many years’ experience of working with patients), Iwona Piątkowska (doctor of physical culture in the field of biomedical sciences, dietitian, certified instructor of Buteyko breathing technique), Michał Kaczmarek (personal trainer and sports instructor with a master’s degree in physiotherapy), and Piotr Czyżewski (swimming instructor, personal trainer with extensive professional experience).
