You can order cards for your family and relatives as additional cards to your own MultiSport card (Plus, Classic or Light). You can do it in the Human Resources Department at your company or via the emultisport.pl platform, if you have access to it.

Your accompanying person can enter sports facilities alone with their MultiSport card in plastic form or in the mobile app and with an identity document with a photo.

The need to have an employee-type MultiSport card is based on arrangements with your employer.
