How can I order MultiSport card?
You can order the MultiSport card directly from your employer or via the eMultiSport platform (if your company has access to it). You can also order a card through a family member or a friend as an accompanying person to their MultiSport card.
Card Activation
Card activation date and cost
Your card automatically activates on the date specified by your employer. The card activation date cannot be changed.
Benefit Systems does not charge users any fees for activating the card.
For the use of the MultiSport programme, you pay only the amount agreed with your employer each month.
Why is my card inactive?
Your MultiSport card may be inactive for several reasons. It could have been deactivated by the employer or will be activated in the next settlement period. You can check the current status of the card on the website.
Does my card have a validity date?
The MultiSport card does not have a validity date; instead, it can be deactivated at your employer’s request at any time.
Plastic card and virtual card
Do I need to use a plastic MultiSport card?
Plastic card is not required. When entering the facilities, you can use the virtual card in the MultiSport mobile app, which is available in the following stores: Google Play, App Store or AppGallery. After downloading the app, add your card number and, if you do not want to show your ID each time, add a photo and confirm your identity in the app.
Can I just use my MultiSport card number?
The MultiSport card number alone does not allow you to enter the sports facility. Each time you enter the facility, you will be required to show your MultiSport card in plastic form along with a document confirming your identity or a virtual card in the mobile app (if you have a photo in the app with confirmed identity status, you do not need to bring a document with you).
