What should I do if I lose my MultiSport card?
Report your lost card to the HR Department of your company. If the card was ordered and paid for via the eMultiSport platform or the MyBenefit cafeteria, you can order a duplicate card on the platform’s website.
Remember that the card must be active to order a duplicate.
Duplicate card delivery
The new card will be delivered within a maximum of 5 working days from the date of application.
Until you receive the duplicate, you can use the MultiSport mobile app.
If you do not have a card number, ask for it in the HR department of your employer or contact our CC at 22 242 42 42.
