How to add a new card to an existing account?

If you already have an account on kartamultisport.pl and/or emultisport.pl, you can use the same credentials to log in to the application.

You do not need to create a separate account.

If you have a new card:

  1. Your data assigned to it matches that on the old card, you can go to your account and click on the "Add a new card" button in the "Card" tab to continue using the MultiSport Programme without losing the credits collected in the Summer Game or the seniority earned in the Design Your Form programme. This button will only appear when your card becomes inactive.

  2. Your data assigned to it does not match the data on the old card (e. g. a diminutive of your name or other surname appeared), you can:

  • have the old account deleted from within the app and register anew using the same email address*;

  • re-register with a different e-mail address*;

  • contact the helpline (at +48 22 242 42 42) and ask to unify the data.

* Choosing such a solution results in, among others, losing the points accumulated in the Summer Game or the seniority earned in the Design Your Form programme. You then start your MultiSport journey completely anew.
