How do I cancel a visit using my mobile card in the app?
In order to cancel a visit that you have booked with your mobile MultiSport card, you need to generate another QR code or token and provide it to the person at the reception desk in the sports facility, asking them to cancel your visit.
You need to scan the QR code or token within 20 minutes after it is generated
in the facility where your visit has been registered.
