How to add a photo in the MultiSport mobile app?

Do I need to add a photo?

Adding a photo in the mobile application is not mandatory. However, it’s worth doing it, because with this feature you can enter facilities with the app without showing your identity document. A photo in the app allows you to confirm your identity.

If you do not have your identity confirmed in the app, you will need to show a valid document with a photo each time in order to enter the facility.

Changing your photo in the app

You can change the photo in the mobile app no more than once every 30 days.

If you want to add a new photo before the lapse of 30 days, you can delete the photo by going to "My profile" and then selecting "Edit" and "Delete". The old photo will be removed and you will need to upload a new one.

Remember that if you remove your photo,

you will have to confirm your identity again.

What are the requirements for the photo?

The photograph must clearly show your face so that the employee of the sports facility can recognise you during the visit. The photo does not need to be professional – ordinary “selfies” taken with a smartphone will be accepted as well.
